On Thursday dawn, Israeli soldiers stormed, ransacked dozens of homes across the occupied West Bank, and abducted twenty-six Palestinians.
In Ramallah, in the central West Bank, the soldiers abducted six Palestinians, Mohammad Burhan Daraghma, Midhat Lutfi Al-Bazzar, and Ahmad Kifaya, from Betunia town, while in Al-Biereh city, the soldiers abducted two former political prisoners, Bara’ Abdul-Samad and Nour Al-Qadi, in addition to Mohammad Abu Alia.
In Tubas, in the northeastern West Bank, the soldiers abducted Wisam Ghanem Abu Muhsin, 26, from Tayasir village, northeast of the city.
In Bethlehem, south of the occupied capital, Jerusalem, the soldiers abducted a young man, Ahmad Harbi Abu Odah, 27, from his home in the ‘Aida refugee camp.
In Jericho, in the northeastern West Bank, the soldiers abducted three Palestinians, Luay Najjar, Adam Abu Rayya, and his brother Bashir, from their homes in the Aqabat Jaber refugee camp southwest of the city.
In Jenin, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted Mahmoud Tarazi from his home in the Al-Marah neighborhood in the city.
In Qalqilia, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted two former political prisoners, Saji Abu Athba and Bara’ Hammad, from their homes.
Also, the soldiers abducted Mahmoud Fathi Matar, 33, from the Tulkarem refugee camp in the northern West Bank city of Tulkarem, after stopping him at a military roadblock near Nablus.
Also, the soldiers abducted eleven Palestinians from their homes in Beit Kahil town, northwest of Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.
They added that the soldiers abducted eleven Palestinians identified as Mohammad Fuad Al-Atawna, Majd Ismael Al-Atawna, Omar Mohammad Al-Atawna, Dia’ Rateb Al-Atawna, Sa’id Maher Al-Asafra, Mustafa Sakher Al-Asafra, Fadel Amir Al-Asafra, Mohammad Bassem Zohour, Hussein Ibrahim Zohour and Abdul-Khaleq Ibrahim Al-Judi.
Also at dawn, the soldiers detonated a Palestinian home in Hebron after forcing dozens of families out in the cold for several hours while wiring the property.
On Wednesday evening, the soldiers caused many Palestinians to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation after many army jeeps invaded the western area of Husan village, west of Bethlehem, leading to protests.
